CapLinked virtual datarooms enable users in different time zones and countries to easily share edit, store, and share documents. This is especially beneficial in industries like oil and gas where workers are spread out all over the world. A central portal could also reduce the amount of money and time that is needed for physically managing documents.

A VDR is a vital tool for M&A transactions in the energy sector. It not only helps speed up the process and stay legal, it also helps to share information in a secure manner with a variety of parties. CapLinked VDRs can be accessed via mobile devices and feature a fully-branded interface.
